ID’s founder has been instrumental in projects developed for the high profile customers, including IP generation and invention for world leading brands, such as Brita GMBH and Olympus and working on many other development projects for international distributiors, OEM’s and more.
Steven has spent the last 20 years immersed in the design industry, acquiring knowledge in projects for Automotive, Consumer, Medical Device, Water Filtration, Education, Display Systems, Sensors and much more.

Adrian has worked in F1, consumer and medical devices.
Adrian’s skills come from experience with companies such as Invetech (part of the Danaher Group), Bayly Design Associates, two major/large scale spectroscopy medical instrument providers, several consumer products, ophthalmic and scientific instrumentation and RF.

Robin has managed development projects for Ford, Jaguar, Aston Martin and more. After 15 years of embarking on ScubaCraft, Robin and Steven (ID’s MD) have found an amazing working synergy, often lost in work places and with partners who possess interests with each other.
Dr Rachel Nyman PhD
Research Manager
Rachel has worked within NPD in the food and drinks industry for 15 years, including companies that develop food colouring, medical food, digestive drug delivery solutions and confectionary products.
Rachel’s also possessses R&D experience in developing branded food products for long standing placement on the shelves of multiples such as M&S, TESCO, ASDA, Sainsburys and more.

Antony is experienced in the workings of the net, web development and social networking. With 15 years proven experience, moving a promotional company’s web site to being one of the most popular internet targeted sites at minimal budget, Antony has come on board to advise and guide ID in the right direction with our new site. 2013 will hopefully be very exciting.
Stewart Anthony
Brand Creation Specialist
Stewart has obtained 16 years experience in brand development, graphics, packaging and web design. Stewart has worked on with individual businesses and even been an aid as a packaging and graphics designer on one of the biggest launches this decade, with the new EE launch.
Stewart produces graphic designs which are above all expectation, bringing style and modernism to each project.

Paul has been principle clinical research project manager for many pharmaceutical projects. Having worked with companies such as Roche, Astra Zenica and more, for over 18 years, Paul’s knowledge in the management of clinical data acquisition is second to none. Paul has worked with many cures, preventions and other pharmaceuticals for a variety of diseases, including cancer, flu and many more.

At ID, we have a core set of people at our base in Manchester, who work on development, prototypes, labwork, testing, trialing, etc. However, at ID, we also like to work with the correct contractors when a project entails specialised knowledge and skills that may only be evident as small percentage of each project. We do this so as to be more efficient in the way we select our knowledge base, enabling us to rapidly acquire the necessary skills without the long drawn out process of recruitment, which can often add to timelines.
Our database is basically a huge knowledge bank, provided by our suppliers, sub-contractors, institutions, fabaricators, etc. This enables us to hand pick from a wide experience of skill sets from a number of specialists targeted towards the solution we are providing. As mentioned, ID manage the process and cover much of the development work at our Manchester base, but our network expands internationally. We have found that this way, we can provide better solutions at a lower cost than traditional organisational structures.
